Wow! What a happy ending to a fabulous vacation! Lauren and I had dinner at Cassis Bistro, Tapas & Lounge, located half a block from our hotel.  There we met Sam, one of the owners, Suzanne and Kathy. These folks were the perfect hosts. They treated us very, very well.

The food at Cassis was also very, very good. We had mussels in a tasty white sauce; lobster bisque with halibut crepes, twice; beef and palenta; a full bottle plus one half litter of wine. 

Ben, Suzanne and Kathy made sure our experience at Cassis was the best. L and I were, as usual, the last ones to leave. Thank you Suzzane, Kathy and Ben!
