Lucy and Ricky
Christmas day our house was filled with family. For dinner, we fried two turkeys named Lucy and Ricky. They were delicious. After a family vote, Ricky went into the 350 degree hot oil first.

Lucy and Ricky where thoroughly dried, rubbed with olive oil and heavily covered with a cajun blackened
redfish seasoning. My favorite is Chef Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic. These seaonings
can be found in any supermarket, but they usually contain some salt . If you don't want, or can't
have, salt, you can make your own blend.

We had a great time, like always. Ricky and Lucy were delicious. But the best part was to see Lauren dancing salsa and cumbia she is great at it. Pretty soon I'm going to have to ask her to give me some dancing lessons, she can really move.
